Price: $27 (one-time)

By purchasing or accessing the Program (defined below), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.

1. Program Access & License (Read This)

When you purchase Build a $100/Day Digital Product Using a Simple Prompt Schedule (the “Program”), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program for your own personal or internal business use only.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Program
  • Offer the content as PLR, MRR, RR, or “done-for-you”
  • Bundle it inside another product (free or paid)
  • Share prompts, schedules, or templates publicly or privately
  • Upload the content to marketplaces, communities, or shared drives
  • Claim the content as your own work or framework

This is NOT a resell product. No PLR. No loopholes. No exceptions.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

2. Digital Delivery

This is a digital product delivered electronically.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address
  • Maintaining access to your purchase
  • Downloading or saving materials when applicable

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost access due to deleted emails
  • Expired links
  • Platform outages outside our control

3. No Earnings Guarantees (FTC-Safe)

We make no guarantees regarding income, sales, profits, traffic, or results of any kind. “$100/day” represents a goal framework, not a promise or guarantee.

Results depend on factors including effort, execution, consistency, market conditions, and individual skill. This Program provides education only and is not financial or business advice.

4. Refund Policy (Synced to $27 Checkout)

Due to the immediate digital access and proprietary nature of the Program:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate revocation of access and a permanent ban from future purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program content—including prompt schedules, training materials, frameworks, templates, copy, videos, and documentation— is the exclusive intellectual property of Kerry Class. Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, or distribution may result in legal action.

6. AI-Specific Use & Protection (Clarified)

This Program is designed for personal use with AI tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT.

You are explicitly permitted to:

  • Use the prompts and schedules inside your own ChatGPT or AI accounts
  • Generate outputs for your own personal or internal business use
  • Modify prompts for your own projects and workflows

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the prompts or prompt outputs as a product
  • Package the prompts as PLR, MRR, RR, or “prompt packs”
  • Upload the prompts into public or private AI training datasets
  • Use the content to build or train competing AI tools, bots, or services
  • Claim the prompts or frameworks as proprietary or original systems

Human-guided use is allowed. AI exploitation is not.

Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Program for illegal, deceptive, or unethical purposes
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Kerry Class
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Program
  • Share login or access credentials

Violation may result in access being revoked without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerry Class is not liable for direct or indirect damages. You assume full responsibility for your business decisions and outcomes.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

The Program may reference third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for their pricing, policies, availability, or performance. Use them at your own discretion.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time if these Terms are violated. No notice required. No refund issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
